
Motherwell - As many as eight children and two adults were injured after a rollercoaster 'Tsunami' slipping and falling on a playground in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
According to police, the wounded were being treated at a local hospital. A total of six ambulances and six brigade arrived to evacuate in the playground of the M & D.
One adult and one child was reported to have experienced a stable condition, and three children are expected was discharged by the hospital as soon as possible. Similarly, as quoted by the BBC on Monday (06/27/2016).
A witness said, people trapped in the inverted position after rollercoaster fall.
"Five gondola connected by train in a vehicle Tsunami detached from the rails, caught in the main structure, and then fell to the ground," said Police Chief Superintendent of Scotland, David Bruce.
"The gondola fell from a height of less than 6 meters. It seems the train was detached when it wants to spin," he added.
Bruce could not ensure the speed of the train when detached from the rail, but he confirmed that the vehicle was not hit something on the ground.
According to eyewitness testimony, Caitlin Barnes (13 years), he has climbed the spacecraft for two times before the incident occurred with his three friends.
"First I heard a loud bang. At first I thought it was part of a vehicle because it sounds very hard all day," said Barnes.

"But when I turned around, I saw the train slid to the ground and then he crashed into another vehicle. I saw many people get stuck and a girl looks upside down," he added.
Barnes also added a lot of people in the playground who came to help. Most of them also telephoned the ambulance and the emergency services.
"Everyone was surprised, and many of them crying," said Barnes.
Another witness, Katie Burns, felt very scared and said that the vehicle should not have to be operated in unfavorable weather.

Currently closed to the public playground. While police, fire and rescue, as well as the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Scotland were still in the area.

The incident that occurred on playground M & D Scot was not the first time. In July 2011, nine passengers - including children, displaced over a height of 18.2 meters for 8 hours due to improper lifting chains.
In March 2016, eight people had to be rescued by firefighters when a vehicle Tornado stopped at a height of 6 meters.
